Exportaciones Americanas solo ofrece productos duraderos cuya solidez y fiabilidad se garantiza a largo plazo. Policía, militares, bomberos y organizaciones oficiales compran estos productos con frecuencia y exigen una fiabilidad del 100% al fabricante. En el caso poco probable de un problema de calidad, estas organizaciones exigen a sus proveedores una reparación o reemplazo de inmediato. Todos los fabricantes de nuestros productos cubren estas demandas.

Las herramientas Leatherman son tan fiables, que el fabricante las garantiza durante 25 años. Si dentro de este período usted descubre cualquier defecto en el material o su herramienta Leatherman no funciona correctamente por cualquier motivo, devuélvala a Leatherman Tool Group Inc. o a un centro local autorizado de reparaciones, donde repararán o reemplazarán su herramienta sin coste alguno (el centro autorizado para España esta ubicado en Sant Vicenc dels Horts, Baix Llobregat, Cataluña. Tel: 93 672 45 10). No necesitará factura. Su centro de servicios Leatherman más próximo se encuentre aquí.

Las linternas Mag-lite son tan fiables, que el fabricante las garantiza durante 10 años. Si detecta cualquier defecto en su Mag-lite, envíelo al centro de servicio más próximo y el fabricante se lo repara o lo reemplazará sin coste alguna. No necesitará factura.

Smith and Wesson watches come with a one-year guarantee against manufacturer's defects, provided they are sold by an authorized Smith and Wesson dealer (we are an authorized Smith and Wesson dealer). Within the one-year period, regulation, adjustment, repair or replacement of parts will be performed without charge, except in the case of damage or lack of care.

Phosphor watches are warranted by for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. During the warranty period the e-ink display and digital movement and watch movement and hands are the components covered under this warranty. These will be repaired or the watch will be replaced at the discretion of Art Technology, the manufacturer free of charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

Olight torches are guaranteed by the manufacturer for one year. As an authorized retailer, we honor this guarantee. That said, we have yet to see a defective Olight, or had a single customer complaint.
